As a teasured member within the Elite Retail Banking Team for invetsment, life and wealth products, you will be responsible for delivering personalized relationship management and financial solutions to our esteemed clients, as well as managing and mentoring teams.
Your primary focus will be on cultivating and managing high-net-worth client relationships, in addition to achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path.
1. Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their dedicated financial consultant and understanding their unique financial needs and objectives. - Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and networking events to provide personalized guidance, market insights, and investment recommendations. - Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests, resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively.
2. Team Leadership and Development: - Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a team of Elite Bankers, fostering a high-performance culture and empowering them to deliver exceptional client service. - Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure team members achieve their individual targets and contribute to the overall divisional goals. - Conduct regular performance reviews and identify relevant training opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
3. Business Development: - Drive revenue growth and profitability through the acquisition of new high-net-worth clients, as well as the expansion of existing client relationships. - Proactively identify potential business opportunities within the market, staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative strategies. - Provide One-stop banking services referral. Qualifications and Experience: -Currently working as Relationship Manager (RM), Branch Manager (BM) or Division Manager (DM)
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Robust knowledge of financial products and investment strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at senior levels, as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Offers: Competitive salary package with fixed monthly Development Allowance up to 100% of previous annual salary, productivity bonus and team development bonus.
