Your new role

• Policy & Project Management

• Develop the enterprise framework, policies and guidelines in relation to operational risk management
• Project management in relations to Operational Risk
• Develop policy and framework for monitoring third party risk for the Bank Group

• Enterprise Risk (Reporting & internal control)
  
  • Prepare and review regular management reports under the Enterprise Risk Management framework to management committees
  • Liaise with different departments and conduct reports on risk area
  • Perform ongoing risk control tasks and conduct data analysis in relation to risk management
• Operational Risk (RCSA, Incident management, Internal control)
  
  • Incident Management, RCSA experience, and risk indicator analysis
  • 1.5 line of defense in implementing the operational risk management framework
  • Supporting in oversighting and providing guidance to all the department and functions

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years' experience in the banking / finance sector with hands on experience in Operational risk Independent, able to work under pressure, detail oriented and with good sense of responsibility
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular powerpoint, excel and word
