An international asset management firm is looking for a high caliber professional to join as Senior Project Manager, Business Change. The position is based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international asset management company with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region.  With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber professional to join them in Hong Kong.

Responsible for Change Management projects covering front to back operations across the region. Help drive change and realise business value with execution, leadership and successful delivery of various projects in the region. Understanding the business strategy and drivers so can effectively work with the various teams as a business partners in matters of change.   Working as part of the global team liaising with colleagues to share best practice. Acting as coach, consultant, and adviser. Adhering to the standards, methodology and best practice, with the ability to intelligently apply tools, techniques and approaches.  Working effectively in Waterfall, Agile, or blended environment. Providing project status updates to relevant business stakeholders through creating & managing detailed project plans. Representing projects in various project governance and inter-department forums. Managing project plans including definition and tracking of project milestones. Ensuring all projects meet defined success parameters, business and value objectives.

To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience in financial industry, ideally with exposure to asset management.  Experience of running Business Change Project, including technology and digital workstreams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
