Support the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations, including ensuring efficient client onboarding, sales onboarding, CRM & client data support, and other supporting requirements for successful operations of the Sales/RM division
Manage projects and delivery for the Sales & Relationship Management division (eg. CRM, analytics)
Support the development of customer strategy, including managing target lists, defining funnel strategy, managing client tiering, etc.
Produce reports and analyze data for strategic insight
