Now they are hiring for a Sales Management Lead to drive both Bancassurance and Agency Channel, whilst developing business opportunities for the team growth utilizing this innovative business partnership. Who Should Apply * Ambitious insurance professionals who are excited by innovative insurance growth and participate in the transformation of sales pipeline * Candidates with solid sales experience across either Agency, Bancassurance, or Brokerage channel * Entrepreneurial mindset to drive new channel opportunities and business leads. * Digital Savvy candidates, who can drive B2B2C and O2O sales opportunities, whilst utilizing Data insights to drive decisions. * Insurance market expertise is a must, combined with strong business development and skills in building sustainable relationships. * Fluent in English, Cantonese.
