Skills: * At least 7 years' experience in the financial industry preferably in a sales function * Deep knowledge of the private banking industry in general and the Intermediaries industry in particular * Good understanding of banking products and services with focus on Intermediaries * Ability to implement concepts related to target client offering and pricing * Strong and efficient change management skills including experience implementing business projects * Excellent proficiency in using modern banking applications and Microsoft Office applications * Proficiency in English is required with additional languages of benefit

Job duties:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the RM sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with various stakeholder on new revenue generation
  • The ongoing training of salespeople
  • Developing sales teams through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Required soft skills:

  • The candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and yet be collaborative in order to draw from the firm's wealth of experience and expertise
  • Excellent conceptual and sales skills
  • Should be able to work well in a matrix organizational structure with many different stakeholders
