Sales and Account Manager, Sustainability Services

Work Location: Hong Kong/Shenzhan


Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategy for sales pipeline and achieve quarterly company goals
  • Manage complex sales cycles with target client profiles
  • Devise and implement effective sales strategic plan to grow the business and market share
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop a solid pipeline for prospect lead
  • Learn the product and business to become an expert adviser and thought partner to current and prospective clients
  • Be the first point of contact between MioTech and our clients, help evolve our current product suite

Qualifications

  • University degree with coursework involving finance, economics and fundamental knowledge of core quantitative skills
  • 3+ years of solid experience in sales or account management
  • Candidates with wholesale banking, corporate/FI coverage/consulting background are preferred
  • Sales driven and proven track record of sales achievements is a must
  • Unrelenting client service ethic and unimpeachable integrity
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, highly organized and thoughtful
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin

工作内容

  • 开发上市公司、国企、政府园区等领域的商机和潜在客户群体;作为客户经理,协调客户不同部门的需求,并成为客户的首要联系人
  • 全面了解客户 ESG 相关主题业务的驱动、业务决策以及团队配置等,以提供完善的解决方案
  • 执行销售战略并管理销售漏斗从而完成公司的季度销售目标
  • 跟进目标客户和潜在机会,推进业务进展并协调内外部合作伙伴完成销售全流程,在业务拓展初期阶段能够向客户完整介绍ESG产品及方案、表现ESG专业度
  • 提供客户需求文档、合作框架设计、服务内容详情等书面文档
  • 合同竞标、商业谈判、合同签署等

职位要求

  • 本科或以上相关专业学历
  • 3 年以上对公企业客户关系管理、业务拓展经验
  • 优先有ESG相关领域、咨询行业、对公银行业务经验者
  • 优先有港股上市公司、央企及地方国企、地方政府等销售经验及客户关系者
  • 愿意投身ESG赛道及市场,建立新客户、渠道关系,成为客户在ESG方面的专家
