Responsibilities:

Assist the department in structuring and trading of Bond Repo, Bond Margin, Structured note etc;
Assist in the completion of the relevant approval process for product development, selection and listing, and draft and process related documents;
Draft and process Chinese and English internal reports and/or approval documents to meet internal operation and compliance requirements;
Assist in the daily management, monitoring and product information disclosure of surviving products;
Assist in evaluating the risk and return preference of investment products including Bonds, Notes and Funds on the shelves, and regularly track and maintain them;
Assist in the preparation of product marketing materials and marketing pitch, and assist each sales team to carry out product marketing to customers;
Assist the sales team to conduct regular product, market, and professional knowledge exchange training;
Coordination and communication with internal mid- and back-office.

Requirements:

At least 3 years experiences in investment banking, structured products or other relevant experience;
Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors from top universities;
Knowledge to SFC compliance and regulation of investment products an asset;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
Fluency in English and Mandarin; Both written and verbal communication skills;
Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
