Who we are looking for The Securities Finance Product Development Manager will work closely with the business and the business support groups for both Agency Lending and Enhanced Custody to:
- Design solutions to complex business problems related to both supporting the existing business as well as expanding the business to include new products.
- Manage the projects required to implement these solutions.
- Drive the business analysis required to complete these projects.
- Coordinate closely with the global team to realise solutions.
- Provide support for FCS in the region when required.

What you will be responsible for As Securities Finance Product Development you will
- Working knowledge and understanding of the key roles of each of the business support groups : Trading, Client Service/Account Management, Business Development, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, Onboarding, Tax, Treasury and Technology.
- Working knowledge of securities lending and/or borrowing.
- Ability to work with business and business support teams to develop, update and maintain product knowledge, expertise and approvals.
- Ability to identify areas of potential risk and exposure and provides viable solutions to reduce and/or eliminate risk to Securities Finance, State Street and its clients.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage / facilitate large meetings with stakeholders from cross functional groups.
- Ability to identify and track risks and mitigation plans.
- Ability to identify and track issues and action plans.
- Ability to develop and track high level as well as detailed project plans.
- Ability to communicate progress, issues and solutions to colleagues and senior management.

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Minimum of a bachelors degree with 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent, preferably in securities lending, repo, equity finance or prime brokerage.

- Extremely detail and solution oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teams from different locations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
