Security and Quality Manager (Internal Control)
Job Duties
- Perform system audit and inspection to ensure work progress and quality is met.
- Supervise and assist to formulate policy of the department.
- Perform regular review on the production system safety integrity and effectiveness
- Plan and execute security monitoring on networking, data, software and hardware platform
- Formulate and maintain the emergency response plan and procedure
- Perform production incident investigation, assist to analysis the root cause and the rectification required
- Perform compliance analysis on IT operation
- Perform analysis and provide measure to reduce IT operation risk
- Perform analysis and provide method to ensure production safety
- Carry out training to promote awareness related to production safety
- University Degree or above.
- At least 3 years of banking or IT professional experience, with 1 years of experience in junior position, or 2-3 years of experience in IT development or production operation in banking industry
- Strong business and general managerial skills
- Deep understanding of IT technology, including networking, operating system, programming language, development and testing methodology.
- CISA, CISSP and PMP is preferable.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good analysis skill, communication skill and a good team player.
