We are looking for an experienced settlement job holder who is eager to lead a small settlement team in brokerage house / financial institution.

Job Duties:

Supervise daily settlement of Securities and Futures transactions in HK and global markets
Responsible for daily operations, including system day end process, reconciliation, fund/securities deposit and withdrawal, corporate actions, IPO and placement, etc.
Liaise and resolve any settlement issues with Clearing House and counterparties
Ensure operations are in compliance with relevant rules and regulations
Participate in back-office system UAT whenever necessary
Assist in ad-hoc projects and implementation, other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above
8 years of settlement experience in prestigious firm
Good knowledge in DCASS and CCASS
Good interpersonal skills and good team player
Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
