We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities
  • Significant and proven end to end experience in preparing business requirement documents, solution design documents and presentation materials in an dynamic Agile environment
  • Significant years of proven experience in preparing, executing and presenting test case results to senior business stakeholders in support of business tool upgrades and deployments.
  • Several years of proven experience working in an Agile environment
  • Capable in clearly communicating with stakeholders via English, both verbal and written when discussing requirement clarification, complex solution proposal walk through, QA test results, and Application Production Support
  • Having basic COGNOS technical background regarding system integration design and capabilities as well as interacting with our engineering teams
  • Knowledge or working experience in Investment or Retail Bank business domain
  • Business Tool Production Support, addressing business queries, investigation and problem solving
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and related Agile tools
  • Proficient in excel, word, and powerpoint
  • Proficient in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in communicating in written English

  • Within an Agile environment, end to end support of the Retail Network sales performance management business tools.
  • Business requirements gathering, documentation and elaboration
  • Managing clarifications with globally based senior business stakeholders based around the world
  • QA Support
  • Test Matrix, Case Creation and Execution
  • Defect Tracking and Resolution
  • Play back of the test results to the key business stakeholders
  • Interaction with both onshore and offshore team members
  • Communicating directly with the pod about Business requirements in support of the overall system solution
  • Communicating directly with the key business stakeholders to thoroughly understand not just the requirements but the overall business tool application behaviours
  • Project Management
  • Software Delivery Schedule and Management within an Agile environment
  • Product Backlog Ownership and Grooming
  • Project Delivery Budget Management
