Senior Business Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

  • In line with the overall planning and development of the bank, lead the unit to propose business policies, long-term development plans, annual plans and overall business development objectives and assessment indicators
  • According to the unit assessment indicators, formulate various business indicators and profit indicators, distributed to all the relevant unit with reference to the implementation
  • Develop strategies, objectives, plans, integrated monitoring mechanism
  • To supervise the implementation of business strategy and the overall progress of each indicator to ensure that the unit can reach the predetermined target
  • Monitor the co-ordination of the divisions to formulate and supervise the implementation and review of the implementation plans of various development strategies, conduct cost-benefit analysis and budget assessment, propose resources allocation and ensure the business strategies and actions formulated by the department / subordinate units and plans for special projects are in line with the overall strategy and objectives of the bank
  • Responsible for formulating and updating the department's business plan policies, procedures, standards and methods
  • Make recommendations on business strategy, operational procedures and measures to improve efficiency
  • According to business development needs, leading the organization and implementation of various special programs / projects, systems development projects
  • Responsible for special reports, working plan, business analysis, KPI management, external writing materials, work summary, supervision, IT special, meeting minutes information management.
  • Closely monitoring of department business progress, conducting in-depth studies and offering recommendation to management
  • Develop comprehensive scorecard and sales incentive mechanism to reinforce frontline behavior leading to the achievement of desired business results
  • Provide insightful analytics and build forecasting models to assist management understand market
  • Coordinate the meeting within Personal Banking and supervise the implementation of business strategies by conducting data analysis
  • Dealing with other assignments or tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Finance Management in Politics and Administration is an advantage
  • 7 -10 years or above relevant working experience and hands-on strategic planning experience, 5-7 years of which in financial institutions
  • Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently
  • Good negotiation, analytical & problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, mature, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in common PC applications, such as PowerPoint, WORD, Excel & Chinese word-processing
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, and fluent in Putonghua
