Senior Manager, Com & Ben APAC job for a global financial institution to drive all their reward initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a very reputable financial institution currently going through some exciting changes and transformation as they are looking to expand to other regions in the near future. They are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager (APAC) to join their growing team to continually enhance their performance.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR, APAC. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing full spectrum Com & Ben programmes for the region including incentive schemes, bonus frameworks and benefits programmes, working closely with Group C&B, HR BP and the business to provide expert advice on C&B matters. As a specialist you will also manage and oversee the year-end annual pay review process, work with external vendors on C&B programmes and job matching exercises and ensure market competitiveness of C&B policies and programmes. You will also oversee the payroll function, update documents in accordance to regulatory requirements, serve as liaison and internal advisor between benefits administrator and HR Business Partners, and continually assist in systems development, database, tools and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Have at least 10 years of relevant experience in C&B as well as exposure in the financial services industry
  • Expertise in C&B practices in Hong Kong and exposure in the region would be an added advantage
  • Your expertise will also include front office performance management KPI setting and measurements
  • Strong communications and written skills
  • Good business acumen as well as high integrity
  • Discreet in handling confidential data is also required
