Senior Finance Associate - International PE Fund House

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full set of corporate accounting and related duties with the accounting firm
• Review management reports, analysis and account schedule on timely basis
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial planning for the group
• Manage company secretarial, banking, administration matters for the group
• Manage CEO’s investment, tax and financial related matters
• Ensure that the group and all employees are in compliance with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions
• Assist KYC, tax, structure and other regulatory / compliance related matters
• Assist in implementing and streamlining process on financial reporting, fund operation and compliance related matters
• Facilitate cross-functional efforts, including liaising with auditors, valuers, lawyers and other professional parties
• Participate in firm-wide and/or deal structuring as necessary
• Liaise with deal team on investment management, including but not limited to investment financial reporting/fund accounting, valuation, tax, compliance, structuring, due diligence
• Assist our Head of Finance on ad-hoc tasks regarding firm-wide financial management & operation as necessary

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or above required
• Holder of Membership in ACCA/CPA or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of working experience in accounting or other related fields
