Senior Human Resources Officer, Business Partner [Bank]

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to business units and support units
• Co-ordinate with departments on staff resources planning
• Design recruitment approaches/media and content of job information
• Handle staff issues and provide counselling as and when necessary
• Handle staff re-deployment and retention programs
• Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 3 years’ experience in human resources, experience in manpower resourcing is a must
• Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment ordinance
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
