Senior Human Resources Officer, Business Partner [Bank]
Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to business units and support units
- Co-ordinate with departments on staff resources planning
- Design recruitment approaches/media and content of job information
- Handle staff issues and provide counselling as and when necessary
- Handle staff re-deployment and retention programs
- Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 3 years’ experience in human resources, experience in manpower resourcing is a must
- Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment ordinance
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
