A Global Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the business domain, collaborating with business stakeholders to define the data strategy.

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise for the life insurance business through analysis and understanding of business needs
Leverage data from multiple internal sources in an efficient and effective way with an expert level understanding how the data will be used
Combine internally and externally sourced data to influence business processes and results
Participate in cross functional projects taking initiatives in managing data problems
Develop strategic analysis and complex reporting analytics to support key stakeholders in making business decision

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience in business analysis and/or consulting in Insurance Industry
General understanding of Life Insurance business and passionate about data
Strong problem solving and aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information
Excellent communicator, communicates frequently in a clear and concise manner
