Responsibilities - Responsible for planning, driving, and achieving the new card acquisition KPI & business targets to grow the card portfolio and profitability
- Assist the team to formulate efficient and innovative acquisition strategies and activities
- Work closely with internal parties to monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels
- Explore and develop new acquisition channels and timely delivery of initiatives and integrated marketing programs
- Liaise with merchant partners for card sales opportunities
- Reengineer the onboarding journey to enhance the overall sales efficiency
- Assist in managing marketing budget on cost saving and efficiency, and ensure sourcing policies are aligned bank needs
- Provide ad-hoc projects & initiatives as assigned
Requirements - University degree with minimum 5 years product marketing experience, credit card / banking / e-commerce preferred
- Digital mindset with strong channel management experience is required
- A team player with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Focusing on data and paying close attention to details towards programme execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
