Senior Manager, Card Business

Fusion Bank Limited (“Fusion Bank”) is a licensed virtual bank in Hong Kong and a joint venture between Tencent Holdings Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Hillhouse Capital and renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. Adrian Cheng (invested via investment entity – Perfect Ridge Limited), each bringing unique expertise, experience and insight to the partnership. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external partner, such as MasterCard, Apple for card business development and operations
• Coordinate with Operations, FCC,  General Compliance teams and other departments to support the daily card business operations  
• Manage the vendor and service provider, including but not limited to contract negotiation, service performance review, incident management, billing and payment
• Support the card business owner on new product and feature roadmap development
• Coordinate with project manager, Product team and IT team to ensure the new feature delivery is on time
• Support the card business owner on the MIS data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years relevant working experience in card or payment industry, in specific, card issuing
• Technical knowledge and experience in card operations, e.g. authorization & settlement are required
• Knowledge and experience in card scheme, MasterCard is highly preferred
• Technical & product development background is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua) is preferred
