Senior Manager, Internal Audit, Cash Equities - Hong Kong
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hong Kong Internal Audit team and gain exposure across Macquarie's businesses globally.
As Senior Manager, you will have a particular focus on Macquarie's Equities business. Your role will also provide exposure to other businesses within Macquarie Capital and Macquarie Asset Management and to key areas of Macquarie's Operational Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime frameworks.
You will own key stakeholder relationships and lead the assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of controls to provide independent assurance to the Board and senior management.
Whilst the role is based in Hong Kong, you would be joining a global team that is represented in New York, Houston, London, Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, Indonesia and India. Travel may be required as our business units are also represented across the globe.
To excel in this role, you will have at least 10 years of prior Internal Audit or Risk Management experience in a large financial institution, strong experience in Cash Equities and its support/control functions, excellent communication skills in English and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A strong grasp of internal audit methodology is necessary.
