The Department

The Investment Office is responsible for managing investments, operations and risk matters related to the Club’s portfolio.

The investment operations team safeguards the Club’s investments, whilst the investment unit identifies and monitors investment strategies.

The Job

You will: 

  • Provide administrative, technical, monitoring, assessment, reporting and operational support for portfolio management, performance, valuation, liquidity and information systems
  • Participate in accounting and finance matters which include but not limited to leading the month-end reporting and year-end audit work to ensure smooth process
  • Conduct operational due diligence of existing and prospective service counterparties
  • Manage relationships with the Club’s counterparties from an operational perspective comprising custodians, administrators, investment managers, consultants and service providers
  • Compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to established policies, processes and investment management guidelines
  • Identify and execute on operational efficiency and process enhancement opportunities
  • Supervise and guide team members to carry out responsibilities within an environmental which encourage participation, teamwork, and communication
  • Legal review and negotiation with existing and prospective vendors
  • Portfolio rebalancing and cash management

About You

You should have: 

  • University graduate with major in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance and/ or Legal
  • Minimum 10 years of institutional experience in an investment operations capacity
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred 
  • Expertise in Asset Management, Fund-of-Funds, Fund Administration, Investment Consultancy and/or Fund Accounting; Audit, Operations and Technology experience would be highly valued 
  • Strong and effective analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Advanced skills in Bloomberg, MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint
