Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role is held responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing the full spectrum of talent development functions and initiatives.
Identify training needs, formulate learning roadmap and methodology and implement talent development strategies to meet with the Bank’s strategic plans.
Develop, deliver and review various training initiatives to enhance the employee’s competencies
Develop, organize and implement learning & talent development programs, such as but not limited to Staff Orientation Program, Junior Talent Development Program etc.
Manage and coordinate overall training logistics arrangement, such as training agreement, enrollment, evaluation etc.
Plan and organize team building and staff engagement events and activities to boost our employer proposition and employee engagement
Devise, drive, deliver and monitor ECF, CPD & CPT curriculum and progress that are meeting regulatory requirements and business priorities
Maintain good relationship with learning and talent development service partners and providers
Participate in different HR projects as required from time to time
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
8-10 years of solid talent development experience gained from the banking / financial services industry
Hands-on experience in implementing learning and talent development programs
