Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive to provide quality case advisory service to accelerate closing of new business, POS and claims submission
- Identify needs of selected business partners/ segments; design and provide customized operations support
- Liaise, monitor and enhance service quality of Contact Centre and other partner operations enquiry platform to fit the needs of business partners
- Design and manage execution of compensation including tactical program for business partners
- Drive implementation and communication of operations guidelines for business partners to ensure regulatory and inhouse operations compliance
- Identify improvement areas and drive implementation to ease operations processes for business partners
- Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
- Take up ad hoc projects and assignments
- Drive people development and foster performance driven culture
Minimum Job Requirements: - University/College graduate with 10 years' relevant working experiences with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong organizing and management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
