Senior Manager, Private Banking Business Control

On behalf of our client, a local banking group in Hong Kong. We are inviting high calibre team head to apply the following position to develop their career ladder in professional banking services.

Job Description

• Conduct investment products post transaction monitoring to ensure sales activities are conducted according to guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Conduct assessment to ensure frontline business meet compliance and regulatory requirement
• Prepare MIS reports and conduct analysis on PBD sales quality for management review
• Implement the latest regulations development on banking/investment activities including procedures and documents write-up/revision
• Perform periodic review on department procedures and guidelines
• Provide guidance to PBD staff on the new and existing regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
• Lead PBD projects in relation to private banking business controls
• Participate in product type development, operations projects in the parts related to procedures and documents write-up/revision
• Staff training on new products, services, policies, procedures and guidelines

Requirements
 

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Banking industry  
• Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement preferable
