Staff Engagement job for a Global Financial Institution to drive their engagement activities and initiatives

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a renowned Global Financial Institution. They have a very large presence in Asia and are currently looking to hire a creative and innovative Senior Manager, Staff Engagement to lead and drive this function and initiative.

Your new role
As a leader in this function, you will:

  • Drive and support the design and execution of staff communication, training programmes, staff wellness programme and event management for the company resulting in positive employee experience
  • Lead and manage all event and programme administration and logistics to ensure quality delivery
  • Manage HR communications and be the main point of contact with the Marketing team on internal communication
  • Lead and manage and annual employee feedback surveys
  • Work closely with other HR team members to monitor overall employee satisfaction and scores in relation to people development, growth and culture
  • Plan and deliver well programmes and staff events for the company (e.g. lunch and learns, Family Day, Christmas Dinners and other events and gatherings)
  • Supervise and support the team on classroom and training logistics and any other ad-hoc matters
  • Work with external vendors as required


What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Over 10 years of work experience, particularly in large or MNC organisations
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to come up with fresh new ideas
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours and juggle conflicting demands and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with people at all levels and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Resilient and willing to challenge and provide alternative solutions as part of delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English (mandatory) and Chinese (preferred)
