Senior Officer, Retail Credit Collection/ Control

Responsibilities:

• Handle the whole process of Interbank Debt Relief Plan ("I DRP") as a leading Bank including review the background of the case, analysis the financial statements, interviewing customer for details, prepare repayment proposal, negotiate the payment terms with other creditors & customer, prepare documents for approval / confirmation for the IDRP, monthly monitor payment collection & distribution till the end of the plan;
• Assist to handle cases under legal action;
• Backup for performing collection dunning / UAT.

Requirements:

• Seco ndary education or above;
• 5 years of working experience in collection or customer service field;
• Sound knowledge in relevant Codes, Ordinances & Guidelines introduced by HKMA / PCO / TU;
• High level of risk awareness, particularly in compliance and regulators' requirements;
• Good communication & Inter-personal skills with sound negotiation skill;
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS Word & Excel;
• Good command of spoken in English & Cantonese. Fluency in spoken Putongh ua will be an asset;
• Able to work independently under pressure & target oriented
