Product Manager /SM, Trading Platform & Core Technology

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain the Core Platform strategy, product roadmap and milestones in relation to group strategic initiatives and direction
• Define product features, write comprehensive product specifications and capture feedback from user studies
• Identify from clients and commercial teams their real business needs and relay to new products and existing product enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately
• Develop test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ship products/features in a timely manner
• Conduct market research and analysis necessary for the release of value-adding product
• Represent the team in communication with Developer and other business teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience in delivering successful product strategies and implementations at scale
• 7+ years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry
• 5+ years building, delivering, and supporting cloud platform services or tools
• Prior experience managing or developing treasury/risk platforms, such as Murex/Summit/Fidessa/Wallstreet, is highly desirable
• Ability to work autonomously and drive delivery of requirements in an agile framework
• The ability to collaborate well with commercial, designers, engineers
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills

Remarks

• Technical background, having implement FS systems – seen as the specialist in brokerage, real house of the business, RFQ
• Will be handling Core Platform end to end management on infrastructure, ledger, and infrastructure
• Liaise with site reliability engineering team, can involve as much as you want on with hands-on stuff
• Interview procedure: CIO, CDO, CTO, Head of SRE
