Responsible for achieving business goals and the growth of Transaction Banking
Identify the needs of customers in responsible segment(s) and proactively propose Cash Management solutions to customers
Work closely with various stakeholders such as relationship managers, product managers, operations, IT etc to ensure effective client service on-boarding as well as the growth on usage of bank services
Conduct regular service review to enhance customer's satisfaction
Contribute to continuous improvement of product competitiveness
Requirements:
Degree holder or above
3-5 years' corporate banking experience, with experience on Cash Management products is preferable
Strong marketing, selling, presentation and negotiation skills
Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
Sensitive to current market conditions
Innovative and a good team player
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Fluency in Mandarin a must
