Investments and Wealth Solutions - Securities Services Department Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to both private and corporate investors. Our customers can invest in over 400 investment funds managed by reputable international fund houses. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organisations.
Our securities services are offered through a wide variety of trading channels - including designated branches and the Internet, as well as automated, manned and mobile phone trading.
We provide various structured products for investors as an alternative investment choice for enhancing their potential returns, while our currency-linked deposits and forex margin trading are able to provide investors with opportunities to capitalise on the FX market. Besides, we also offer bond investments to selected personal customer segments for a stable return.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Senior Sales Development Manager.
Principal responsibilities - Drive, plan and monitor the development of sales infrastructure of securities and its related products to achieve the Bank's overall strategic and operating objectives.
- Work closely with the bank's Marketing and Customer Proposition units, develop appropriate marketing programs and implement suitable strategies to promote securities services in both retail banking and digital banking, as well as to enhance the products penetration in different customer segments
- Closely monitor the market conditions and the competitors' strategies, and to recommend and drive appropriate strategies to grow the business as well as to address major issues related to the business.
- Ensure compliance with obligations and risk management requirements for the Group and relevant regulatory authorities, should be familiar with relevant regulatory requirement on securities services
Requirements - University graduate in Finance or related disciplines
- Over 10 years of related experiences
- Fulfillment of the competency requirements set out in the "Guidance Note on competence" issued by the Securities and Futures Commission.
- Good knowledge of local stock market.
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill.
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
