Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Senior Systems Engineer to join our Shared Service and Tooling team. Our team maintains the administration and support for the company-wise Shared Service infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, BMC TrueSight, ServiceNow, Ansible Tower, etc. We play a critical role to maintain ootthese company-wise systems that are critical to daily business operation. We also partner with application and cyber security teams to operate our systems in such fast growing financial markets in Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Support IT infrastructure including IT Service Management(SerivceNow), Linux/MS Windows system monitoring(Microsoft System Center, BMC TrueSight), , automation and collaboration tool(Ansible Tower) etc.
• Partnering with IT operation teams to enhance IT Service Management processes on IT Service Management Tool
• Perform regular system administration, performance monitoring, tuning as well as related problem trouble-shooting, to protect system reliability
• Improve installation setup procedures, develop and maintain support documentation
• Implement compliance standards and perform regular system compliance review and proactively assesses exposure area
• Manage vendor to ensure the highest quality delivery and implementation
• Compile operation and technical documents such as knowledge base, technical procedures and test reports
• Automate and streamline daily system operations

Requirements:

• Certification on ServiceNow administration and/or ServiceNow development
• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow configuration and administration
• Hands-on experience on Linux/Windows administration experience
• •Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines
• Experience of manage company-wise large scale systems
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills
• Good team player with passion to learn and aspirations for career development in the financial industry
• Project management experience in sizable scale technology infrastructure implementation is an advantage
• Experience in developing script solutions(eg. Python, Shell script, PowerShell, VBA) for process improvement and automation is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Systems Engineer
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
