This bank has built a strong portfolio of clients and operates worldwide, currently over 200,000 employees globally. This role will support the department head on the recruitment and retention process. There will be opportunities to work with regional senior management on strategic implementation of talent development initiatives. You will be able to learn about different region's unique requirements and provide appropriate solutions throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

The role

This role will support the department head on the recruitment and retention process. There will be opportunities to work with regional senior management on strategic implementation of talent development initiatives. You will be able to learn about different region's unique requirements and provide appropriate solutions throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

Job Description

  • Responsible for talent acquisition and business partner activities
  • Work closely with the regional managements to understand their requirements and advice effective staffing solutions
  • Support the department head in managing budget for recruitment life cycle
  • Attract and screen candidates for different business teams
  • Lead brand building exercise and facilitate recruitment projects
  • Play a key role in communication between teams and units, develop effective recruitment strategy
  • Provide professional support on partnership and recruitment service to business units within APAC region.
  • Ensure all HR activities are in full compliance with the Company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.



Ideal Candidate should have the followings

  • Strong bachelor degree in HR or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 8 years' work experience in financial services industry gained in Hong Kong
  • Able to develop strong and effective business partnership with teams
  • Able to follow up with recruitment services in an effective manner
  • Familiar with HK and PRC employment related regulations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
