Senior personal banking executive

• Act as a first contact to serve premium and Jade customers closely
• Handling premier customers hotline and live help in HSBC mobile app
• Provide all around banking services
• Understand customers needs and offer relevant products and services
• Provide high quality and profressional investment services and solutions to customers
• Achieve individual targets and performance expectation and team goals

Job enquirements:

• Associate degree graduate or any higher education level in any discipline who is interested in banking industry is welcomed
• Experienced in financial industry, customer service and banking experience is preferred
• Insurance licence (1, 2 ,3) and investment licence(1, 7, 8) are required
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Stong in team spirit, active and independent
• Strong problem solving skills, customer serving manner and communication skills
• Willing to growth and develop within the team is treasured
