- •To collaborate with internal and external partners closely to implement effective and efficient loyalty programme and events at desired quality standards.
- •To manage WeChat marketing and help improving/extending the functions of WeChat to drive the Bank's Greater Bay Area initiatives.
- •To assist in exploring new business collaboration with partners & drive initiatives to strengthen the proposition offerings for the segment.
- •To evaluate the performance of loyalty programme and provide feasible improvement plans.
- •Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- 5-7 years of proven experience at relevant role
