Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team to improve quality of customer service
- Assist to monitor team performance to deliver quality programs to increase customer's satisfaction
- To process loan product in end to end workflow and co-ordinate with all teams.
- To ensure the service standards/ corporate guidelines are met
- To follow all the OM (Applied to all teams)
- To handle all administration related issues and tasks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure smooth operations at all time
- To deliver quality, accurate and timely MIS reports for management's review for sales productivity and performance improvement
Requirements:
- University Degree holder with minimum 2 years or above sales admin experience in banking / credit card industry with thorough understanding on banking / credit card practices and regulations
- Knowledge on call centre operation or data mining experience in banking or finance industry is a definite advantage
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS office
