Global Distribution Services (“GDS”) offers investments, sales, marketing and client support services to Invesco’s clients through its global client communication platforms and its stewardship of centrally distributed data, e.g. • Product/client reporting • Client transition management into segregated and pooled funds • Bespoke reporting to clients, consultants and external data vendors • Key global distribution services business project management, controls and systems enhancement
The team will provide the AP business with excellent and regular institutional client/retail product documentation support on an ongoing basis. The team will also cover the bilingual client and product communications for the clients in the AP region.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Lead a small team, which primarily produces retail fund factsheets and other product documentation, and institutional client reports, and ensure accurate reports are delivered timely to clients and other KPIs are met.
- Participate in production, issue investigation and research, and escalate issues to ensure they are resolved accurately and effectively.
- Answer client queries and participate in client portfolio review meetings or due diligence meetings when needed.
- Monitor the performance of the team and individuals and give feedback promptly.
- Work collaboratively with GDS Onboarding teams to provide support during RFP and client on/offboarding
- Work in partner with GDS Hyderabad, Tokyo and Taiwan, and give feedback promptly.
- Maintain strong working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure production work flow is smooth and production requests are handled timely.
- Proactively contribute ideas, research and recommend continuous improvement opportunities (e.g. automate production). Participate in approved continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in any global projects/initiatives where necessary.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- More than 10-year work experience in the asset management industry with strong knowledge on investment operations
- Ample experience of institutional client reporting or factsheet/report production for retail funds and pension products.

Formal Education:
- Require a University degree in Accounting or business area of concentration.
