It is a senior role which will lead the strategic equity solution business for a top tier investment bank. The key objective of this role is to act as strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients, across equity lifecycle.
The position holder will be responsible for:
- Lead deal origination and execution covering full equity lifecycle from stake-building, financing, hedging, yield enhancement to stake disposal/ monetization, by deploying a wide range of products and transactions (e.g. share-backed financing, pre-IPO financing, take-private financing, convertible bond, etc.)
- Clients covered including corporates, institutions, PE funds and ultra HNW/ family office.
- Advise team in strategic positioning and closing transactions with various internal stakeholders (ECM, Investment Banking, Asset Management, PWM, etc.)
Requirement and qualifications:
7-10 years of relevant experience in renown financial institutions
Proven track record of providing bespoke solution products to clients
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Mandarin and English. Cantonese will be a plus.
