Strategic Planning Manager/ Senior Manager - Leading insurance Company

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Strategic Planning to develop strategic business plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of departmental business plans and projects, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and assess market trends in the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed business analysis and reports, highlighting key findings and presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including assessing marketing opportunities and developing marketing plans and strategies.
• Stay updated with industry and market trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Planning function, implementing best practices and enhancing processes.​

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Business or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Exhibit excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Display a proactive and open-minded approach, with a creative mindset.
