Structured Finance - VP/D

Responsibilities

• Structuring and deal execution of real estate structured finance deals.
• Source deals from developers, investment banks, etc. work with potential institutional or wealth management investors to distribute deals.
• Assess the credit worthiness of prospective borrowers and projects, conduct due diligence and credit analysis, prepare risk and cash flow analysis
• Conduct marketing trip to visit clients, potential clients and their office, and projects for onsite due diligence

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years working experience in financial industry and at least 3 years in real estate Structured Finance, Primary Market Investment or related functions
• Strong deal track record in real estate sector especially with project finance deal experiences. Full cycle of deal execution and successful exit is a must.
• Strong execution and structuring capability for real estate deals, especially cross border project-based deals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, flexible and good team player
• Result-oriented and willing to work under high pressure
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
