Reporting to the General Manager of the Human Resources Department

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for the analysis and planning of recruitment needs according to the needs of the company and the hiring department;
  • Responsible for the preparation and management of the company's overall recruitment budget;
  • Responsible for the management and optimization of the recruitment system and headhunter contract;
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of recruitment channels, and the management of headhunting accounts;
  • Responsible for the recruitment interview and salary negotiation of company personnel, and establish and maintain a high-end talent pool;
  • Responsible for personnel structure report and recruitment progress report;
  • Responsible for the entry procedures of new employees, KPI formulation. Probation period management process and exit interview;
  • Assist department heads in performance appraisal and talent inventory work

Talent Development

  • Responsible for the construction and optimization of training systems and systems;
  • Responsible for annual training needs research, analysis and annual training plan development;
  • Responsible for employee training organization and training effect tracking.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • 6 years of experience in human resources recruitment and training in the financial industry, and relevant work experience in state-owned enterprises is preferred;
  • Be good at communication and have strong coordination skills;
  • Careful, patient, responsible, and highly responsible;
  • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
