Team Head, Credit Card Acquisition

On behalf of our client, a long-established banking group in Hong Kong. We are inviting high calibre team head to apply the following position to develop their career ladder in professional banking services.

Job Description:

• Define acquisition strategies and identify business opportunities to drive credit card acquisition, customer experience and receivable growth
• Plan and evaluate promotion programs, system enhancement and business plans for set goals and business performances 
• Lead the team to handle customer complaints related to credit card product selling and to ensure regulatory compliance concerned issues
• Propose new card products and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant function, preferably with credit card product experience 
• Strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
