Our client, a leading commercial bank, is seeking a team head to join their local corporate department.
- Lead a team of relationship manager and drive business initiatives in various KPIs of commercial banking division
- Solicit new commercial customers and new business opportunities in deposits and loans, cross-selling other bank products
- Reviews credit proposal, approve credit facilities granted under discretionary powers and recommends credit approval for higher level
- Reviews existing loans and commitments to identify potential credit problems and ensures conformity with agreement terms
- Monitor and manage the risk profile of the team loan portfolio
- Review the customer portfolio as assigned on a regular basis to refine business strategies and directions
Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 10 years’ relevant experiences in commercial banking and 2 years’ team management experience
- Solid experience in formulating business strategies to achieve business targets
- Strong analytical skill and credit sense
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience candidate will be considered as senior relationship manager
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
