Overview
A mid-size corporate bank is seeking a Team Head for Rewards and Performance for the HR Department.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of the organization's reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Manage and oversee the rewards, compensation & benefit functions, providing guidance and support to ensure programs are designed and implemented effectively, including market benchmarking and salary budget review
- Manage existing governance and control initiative to address HR risk and compliance matters, ensuring the Bank operates within legal and regulatory requirement, including HKMA CG-5
- Act as enabler and trusted advisor to management and key business stakeholders, providing guidance and support on reward and HR governance matters
- Develop governance and control initiatives to address HR Risk and Compliance matters
- Lead HR strategic projects related to such as target workplace model, partnership alliance and compliance / legal and regulatory related topics.
- Ensure the Bank is operating in compliance with the prevailing regulatory requirement
- Deputize Head of Human Resources when required
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience with hands-on experience in people and rewards, with at least 5 years of managerial experience
- Minimum 6-8 years' relevant experience in human resources management with focus in rewards management in banking industry
- University graduate preferably with a major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Experience in SuccessFactors Performance Management Module would be an advantage
- Attention to details, strong analytical and communication skill
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and Employment Ordinance
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and Outlook
