Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on hardware and software
Troubleshoot servers, network, and end-user PC technical issues
Install and maintain LAN & WAN networks, hardware and software
Provide help desk services to users and handle user's enquiry

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 1 year IT experience in network and Windows server administration and system support
Knowledge of Web Server and Firewall administration will be an added advantage
