Our client is an international financial institution with a global presence. They are currently seeking a settlement officer to work in a team of 5 to provide operational support to the sales team in Hong Kong office for FX, NDF, Money Market and Interest Rate Derivative products.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve exceptions for Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Cash Deposit and NDF trades.
Manage the flow of STP messages and static data relating to client SSI’s, confirm delivery instructions, STP vendors such as RTNS and Marketwire.
Check and match incoming confirmations from Link brokers against their trades and send EOD reports to banks.

Requirements:

University degree
1-2 years experience within the operations or settlement field
Knowledge of FX & MM, NDF, IR Derivatives, RTNS, Marketwire are preferred
Strong written and interpersonal skills in English
