Training Manager - Training Centre
Responsibilities:
  • Champion various local and regional training & development (T&D) activities, with particular focus on mid-to-senior level T&D events;
  • Assist in understanding the development strategies of the Group and various business segments, then plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate T&D activities on an end-to-end basis;
  • Proactively interact and develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (consultants, quality-assurance / licensing bodies, regulators) to ensure existing T&D activities stay competitive and robust;
  • Work closely with various HR counterparts to strategically develop and execute Group-wide talent programs (Hi-Po, trainee programmes, group wide rotation, regional training initiatives, campus events) through leveraging local and regional resources on a cost-effective manner;
  • Assist the development of a good brand image for the Training & Development Centre and HR Department to various stakeholders;
  • Formulate and execute the Group's training regulations and guidelines, the annual training budget, and other KPIs;
  • Organize and implement the business contingency plan

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines;
  • 5 years' or above experience in the Training and Development function with at least 2 years' experience in Banking and Finance industry;
  • Strong in engaging business stakeholders and professional learning institutes in Hong Kong and overseas to design and develop T&D programs based on given budget and resources, and results of training needs analysis (TNA);
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capacity to conceptualize T&D initiative through the ever-changing internal and external realities;
  • Strong in articulating ideas on reports and visual aids;
  • Good leadership capacity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient in using the MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in Putonghua and English a must
