Implementing the cards portfolio strategy, product profitability, planning and developing the Personal Loan & Professional Loan products.
- Formulate, develop and implement marketing programs to achieve the targeted credit card loan business and portfolio growth
- Drive card spending and usage stimulation marketing programs among profitable card segments to achieve interest-bearing balance and income targets
- Prepare business proposals and program evaluation, drive internal departments and external parties for the launch of new initiatives and regular programs
- Develop/enhance card loan & revolving product features to stay competitive in the market and meet customer expectation
- Co-ordinate with various internal stakeholders to evaluate sales performance of different of different channels, streamline processing, improve customer experience & meet compliance requirements
