VP - AML/CFT Compliance
Overview
A leading foreign bank with strong growing presence and dedication to the Hong Kong market is seeking to hire an experienced legal and compliance Vice-President that is able to handle AML transaction monitoring and investigations.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to perform AML transaction monitoring and investigations
- Conduct investigations and analysis for transaction screening and transaction monitoring
- Support and allocate task to junior members in relation to AML matters
- Provide assistance in developing and maintaining the Transaction Monitoring and Screening systems in placed
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, IT or related disciplines;
- Preferably with professional qualifications in AML/CFT and certified ECF qualification
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience on transaction monitoring/ screening in the banking or financial regulator industry
- Good command and understanding of AML/CFT statutory and regulatory requirements
- An individual that is detail orientated, good at problem solving and analytical, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
