Our client is an established property development company with good company culture. They are currently seeking a Vice President to join their Finance function in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of finance staff
Responsible for the financial reporting, consolidation of management reports, annual reports, annual budgeting, forecasting and business performance tracking
Handle tax advisory and cross-border finance matters
Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports for Management’s review

Job requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent, with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA or HKICPA)
Minimum 15 years’ accounting experience of which at least 8 years in a managerial role
Prior experience in auditing firm or Hong Kong listed companies
Experience in handling finance and accounting works of regional property projects is definitely a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with different levels of staff
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work independently and under pressure
