Responsibilities:
• Execute various risk management functions and maintain an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework to fulfil regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development of risk assessment methodologies, processes and procedures as appropriate to different business units and ensure proper implementation of all risk management policies and guidelines.
- Provide professional advice and support to the business units, new products set-up, risk management policies and company decision makings from a risk control perspective.
- Identify the company’s hidden risks and give suggestions to solve the problems.
- Handle the internal and external risk management investigation or checking.
- Prepare regular reports to the management and headquarter.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with background in Risk Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained from sizable financial institutions, experience in Chinese-funded securities firms is a plus.
- Knowledge of market risk, risk management frameworks and relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua.
