Responsibilities

• Lead the team to build analytics solution and capability to support and drive business to achieve common goals
• Deliver analytics insights and drive business actions with the horizontal organization. Collaborate with performance cell leads and squad leads to maximize the analytical and data impact to business from end-to-end customer journey. And implement the Flywheel strategy with key components in performance cell
• Create and demonstrate data value for different internal and external nudges together with campaign science and cognitive banking analytics team, track and maximize the impact of nudges
• Create AIML fueled and experimentation culture along with the horizontal organization structure. Promote 'running experiments' to test hypothesis and feedback loop to fine-tune testing
• Support Data Chapter and Key stakeholders to drive and implement strategic analytical agenda across Consumer Banking Group

Requirements

• Over 8 years of business analytics and quantitative analysis experience in a sizeable bank/financial institutions
• At least 3 years of managerial experience is preferred
• Strong analytics programming skill, e.g., Python, SAS, R. and visualization tool, e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
• Exposure to all stages of data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning and data mining technique/algorithms
• Excellent communication skills and networking skills with key stakeholders from senior management and working groups
• Proactive, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges
